As a way to be of encouragement to all widows, Volunteer Care Team Members deliver holiday and birthday remembrances to Mooresville area widowers registered in the Felicity Manor Gives Back Community. This community outreach is not based on any perceived need, nor do not have to be a potential resident of the Felicity Manor House to be a member of the Felicity Manor Gives Back Community!
The Give Back Community simply serves widowed men and women by letting them know they are remembered and important to us.
Upon registration, widows are assigned a Volunteer Care Team member, who will also connect through cards and phone calls.
Most deliveries are scheduled for a Sunday afternoon by screened volunteers and contact will be limited in the covid-19 environment. Notices are also mailed out prior to any delivery and personal information is kept confidential.
